Photo Tours

Individual photo tours are available, by appointment only, for a cost of $150 for 4 hours.  Please email Mary at  mary@mrps.org to schedule and appointment. Individual photo tours are scheduled during the week from 11am-4pm.

Groups can schedule a private event by appointment and fees are based on both group size and time/day of the week. Please email Mary at mary@mrps.org to further discuss photo events for groups.

• The image of the Historic Ohio State Reformatory is copyrighted. Any photography or video images are for personal use only. Any use of this footage without written permission from the Director’s office will result in legal action.

• Cameras are welcome on all tours of the Reformatory, however tripods, bipods, monopods and professional camera equipment are not permitted on weekday or Sunday tours.

• Camera use of any sort involving the north side of the building, specifically photos or video images of the working facility directly behind the Historic Ohio State Reformatory WILL NOT be tolerated. Failure to comply can result in legal action and confiscation of any and all equipment which may be suspect. Any parties in violation of this rule will be escorted off the grounds immediately.
