The Isaac Webb Scholarship is established by the Board of Trustees of the Ohio State Reformatory Historic Site. Isaac Webb, as an esteemed volunteer and board member, was a former captain of the guards, author, and historian. In his honor, the board awards three, $2500.00 scholarships each year to area high school seniors interested in pursuing higher education in Education, History, Criminal Science and/or Criminal Law.
A minimum GPA of 2.5 is required for eligibility. Mail completed application, recommendation, and current transcript to the address provided below. Recommendation and transcript should be in sealed envelopes.
